Installation of Topo light map stuck

Every time I try to install Topo Light map of Israel which I’ve purchased, on my Fenix 6x, express gets stuck at 0%

Ive already chatted to support but no solution so far.
Did a complete reinstall of Express (mac) and same problem persists.

Any idea on how to solve it?
map installs fine on my etrex.

but also have a look at how much free space you have on your watch, if there isn't enough it can cause Express to stall, so try freeing up some space. As you're on a Mac ensure the trash is emptied as well.
