Sync issue with Garmin Express on Mac and fenix 6X Shappire

Hi:

Each time I try to sync in Express Mac, I've got the same error with server sync updating three apps on my fenix 6X.

How can I definitely delete those apps from my watch? Because I can only uninstall them, but not delete.

I have the same problem and I cant figure out how to do it. I dont even have the option to delete the install on Garmin Express like on your picture
