Sorry, we're having a problem communicating with our servers

its happening again only with mis 920xt on Mac

  • Same here - PC and Mac version. Cannot reinstall my Topo Light Maps as they dont show up in purchased content even though my online profile says they're active till May. Cannot get to the "apps" section - "Sorry, we have a problem connecting to..."

    Done EVERY step in the FAQ

  • Only affects my watch and my account - My wife's F6 works fine

  • Seeing this in logs
