I'm having no issues connecting.
I only have this issue with my garmin 920xt the other sync ok I have done all this

Repetitively calling support for that same installer issue 2 to 3 times a month and searching the massive support documents which will only take one so far and or when an update is pushed out without proper quality testing fist is unacceptable. One should not have to say to the software developers to package the software properly with all required files so the installer will not fail due to looking for an MSI file etc. My third Garmin product within the last five years I was a happy camper up until this year. when the software begins having issues installing. But now having second thoughts now. May have to consider moving in another direction. If Garmin cannot get their act together when it comes to pushing corrupt updates versions to its customers.
Most folks have no issues, where there are its invariable a problem at the user end not Garmin. If you're running a current version of Express and having issues call Product Support for help.
Hi, i'm having the same issue with not connecting to servers. i've tried everything in the FAQ. resets, different WiFi connection, proxy settings, date, time, deleting and reinstalling the garmin express app. nothing is working. i've just bought this fenix 5 plus watch and really want to get it working and updated. Help!!
Same here, Garmin express displays this message. Also trying to update my VIRB Edit and I'm receiving "Update check failed"... Other programs are OK. Iv'e reseted the FW settings too and tried multiple connections with the same result. the FAQ mentioned earlier did not solved the issue although I've went all the way and uninstalled and reinstalled Garmin Express. Garmin connect status shows no issues. Anyone else is having issues ?
