I have an old mac mini running OS X 10.10.5 and cant load garmin express

I have just purchased a new edge 530 and for some reason it has no maps on it. I've tried to download garmin express to see if I can load a map but I cant get that to open on my mac mini. Please can someone help.

Well before you worry about that check to see if your Edge was meant to have maps, if not having Express won't help you add a map if your device isn't supplied with one. If it should have then go back to the retailer, they need to sort it out for you.

Specs for Garmin Express on MacOS indicate that your OS is too old.
