Fenix 5X Fails To Connect To Garmin Express Following Catalina Update

I have had no issues connecting my Fenix 5X to my Macbook for updates until the latest Cataline update. Post the update I cannot connect the device to Garmin Express and it is really annoying. I have tried all recommendations from Garmin/YouTube/Google but to no avail.

Can anybody help please with a solution that worked for them that may have not been published?
