Drivesmart 65 not recognised on iMac

I have an iMac running Catalina 10.15.4. The tick is against Removable volumes. iMac recognises Drivesmart65, Drivesmart 65 knows it is attached to computer. Unfortunately Garmin Express refuses to recognise Drivesmart is attached.

Followed advice. removable volumes has a tick against it. Have I missed something here ?
