I cannot get update my Garmin 770 with the newest Full Coverage of Europe 2020.20 map. The device is recognised as being connected, i click "Install", proceed to "Important Notes..." and click "Continue", proceed to "Preparing Device.. " where within 2 seconds am put back to the Install screen with the message in red "There was an error installing update". (see attachment)
Have tried again repeatedly (4-5 times) with always the same result. How can I download this update?
As a side note, I have since been able to update the North American map without problems. It is only this update that is causing problems.
