Garmin Express Device Nickname

I just downloaded Garmin Express on a MacBook Air. I am setting up my Forerunner 910XT and it goes fine until I login and it asks for my device nickname. Once I enter the nickname nothing happens, there is no way to advance. Do you know what the problem is?

What is the name you're trying to give your watch? What happens if you just ignore it and press next?

It doesn't matter. There is no next button. Just blank below the text box.

This is what I see. If you're not seeing this then you should try uninstalling/reinstalling Garmin Express. Ideally uninstall then download a fresh copy from the interweb.
