IQ Apps

Whenever I click on the IQ Apps in Garmin Express with my Vivoactive Music 3 connected, I get the message " Unable to Complete Request - We're having trouble saving your information or communicating with your device".

There is also an issue with syncing; It says I have items ready to install however when I sync/install updates I get  an error message saying " There was an error syncing with Garmin Connect"
