Garmin express unable to add ANT stick

Hi, I have Mac OC Catalina 10.15.3 and my mac is unable to recognize the ANT stick, I test the stick on a Windows PC and It worked, but my MAC is unable to recognize the new hardware.

Garmin Express does not see the stick neither I m sure is because the Mac OS is unable to recognize the hardware.

Do you have the drivers?
