Error when installing map update for GPSMAP 66i via Garmin Express

I constantly get the error: "There was an error installing the update" when I try to update the map on my GPSMAP 66i via Garmin Express 6.20.0.0 for Mac. I also tried to install the update with an older version of Garmin Express and with the latest Garmin Express for Windows.

I installed an 64 GB microSD card formatted as FAT32.

Is this a software bug (hope so) ?????
