Can not connect to WiFi error code 010

I’ve just purchased a vivoactive 4 when I try too connect to WiFi it comes up with error code 010 can not connect to WiFi.i see from the forum that this was reported a few months ago is it nearing resolution yet as the WiFi/music ability was a main reason for purchasing this equipment.i am considering returning this watch as unfit for purpose too the supplier and will be looking at other manufactures for options as a replacement.ive used Garmin kit for many years now and am disappointed with this lack of quality with this product
