Express won't update - transfer stops

When I get to "Updating Maps" the downloading files rate drops rapidly and stops at a rate shown of 431.6 KB/s, but the percent complete never moves off 0.0%. It has frozen.

I have a Macbook Pro with the latest iOS

I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Tried multiple times, Garmin remains plugged in.

Same here with my Garmin Edge 830 (Very Disappointing, I have with the same issue more than 3 months, I thought maybe with the latest release will fix it and nothing ¡!)

Try working through this FAQ, the symptons indicate a possible issue somewhere within your system
