Garmin Express gets errors when trying to upload workouts to Forerunner 610

Hello,

I have Garmin express 6.19 and a Forerunner 610.

I'm trying to upload a training plan from Garmin to my watch. I've tried several times and I always get errors. nothing is uploaded to the watch. I've been following the logs and I'm getting errors like this:

This happen with all the files. And it's impossible to sync my forerunner.

Any suggestion?
