We released Garmin Express 6.16.0 which should have resolved this issue. The link to 6.14.0 has been removed. Please install the current version and try again.
I install the 6.15 version and the problem continue.......
Mojave 10.14.5. Express started crashing uncontrollably about a week ago. This fix including full uninstall of Express as described in Garmin Support forum
I've got an answer with a possible solution from garmin support:
It may help when you delete all content of /Users//[UserName]/Library/Application Support/Gamin/Express/
I have not yet added my devices again to Garmin Express (they are all gone after deleting the content of the folder) but the Application doesn't crash immediately after starting it. A little success, i'll see the rest later this evening.
This happens right before the crash. Not sure if it's relevant or not.

This worked for me as well, but, like you said, had to re-add my devices... that was a little bit of a pain, but I'll live.

worked fine. Re-add of devices necessary.
