Garmin Express Fails to Open on iMac for Marine Application

Garmin Express 6.11.0.0 consistently fails to open on iMac with the same error message, all other applications work fine on my iMac.....Here is screen shot of error message and error report:

A Full Uninstall (quite detailed) of the Garmin Express application solved the problem and allowed me to install Garmin Express again which is now operating properly.
