Problems With Express 6.9 Loading

After being prompted to update Express recently, I keep getting an error message - see attached. Is anyone else having problems with the new Express 6.9? ciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1419116.png

This issue has been resolved with Garmin Express release 6.10.0. Please download it from the link below. If issues persist, please perform a FULL uninstall of Garmin Express, reboot the Mac, and reinstall the application.

Dear Garmin Express Customer support team,

sadly i have to inform you that even the 6.10.0 version that you provided in the post above does not solve the problem.

Please find below the screenshot and report details.

Since i bought a new device i have been trying to use Express on my Mac to update it but with no success. Always crashes. Tried to install it on High Sierra first, no can do. Removed. Now on Mojave same story. Also removed. Completely as per your instructions above. Installed 6.10.0. Same story. Crashes upon install/run.

Please solve this or contact me to provide further bug reporting,

Have you done a complete uninstall, there is a link in a post above, and then a reinstall, ensuring you completely shut down you computer and restart it after a full uninstall?

Yes i did exactly as you wrote (and not only once).

Still with the same results (see pic).

I did fill the support form and am waiting for the reply.

In the meanwhile...i muffled a bit with the application.

Found out an error message "Illegal instruction: 4" when trying to start Garmin Express Service
(i am NOT in the US, hence i bolded the text below, maybe therein lies the catch)
