Unable to download North America Map to Basecamp via Garmin Express

I purchased a Zumo 396 and have set up Basecamp and the unit. My understanding is I should be able to download my North America map to Basecamp through Garmin Express. However, I am not given any option to do so. Is this because I currently have an up to date map on my Zumo? Do I have to wait for a new map to trigger a download on Garmin Express? If so, how can I get the detailed North America Map on Basecamp without having to connect my device every time? As you can see from the attached picture, I have no link to click on under the version: 2.20 that allows a download.

I've answered this on the Zumo forum but for completeness you will not get that option in Express if you have a new device and the map installed is the current one. You will only get the option once a new and subsequent maps are released.

In the meantime you will either have to plug your device in or copy the map files to a removal or virtual drive, BaseCamp will then read the map files from there. If you want more help to do that there are threads here that describe that or ask again on the Zumo forum.
