Ensure that Garmin Express is up to date: version 6.3.0.0?
Ensure the Internet connection meets the system requirements for Garmin Express: Have the same connection Cable modem ?
Check the Date and Time Settings on the computer : check sync my country with my Garmin account?
Temporarily disable Internet Security/Firewall : I turned off the firewall temporaly
Check the proxy settings on the computer : No proxy is running
