Edge 520 Updates fail to download - High Sierra / GE V5.80 / Edge 520

Tried to download Garmin Edge 520 updates but download was freezing at 66%. Updated to High Sierra and latest version of Garmin Express, still no joy, process now freezes at Terms and Conditions. Please help?
