Garmin Express 5.7.0.0 announces a software update available for my Varia Bike Radar. When I click "install" Garmin Express wants my to accept Terms and Conditions but then freezes. I can only force quit Garmin Express.
I had the same on my Mac so had to use my PC to install the fw (via ANT). However, I did notice when the T&Cs came up on the PC, what they actually said was: Loading site please wait...

So I guess this is in fact an error caused by GE's implementation of cookies and js
I encountered the same thing (license agreement hang & app crashing, reported in another forum)... it took me a few tries, but I was able to get the firmware updated.
Interestingly, the about box on the app indicates there is a new version available ... but clicking on the link in the box doesn't do anything. Downloading Garmin Express Mac from the website installs the same version (3.70).
