Unable to sign in to Garmin Express

Garmin Express recognizes my Forerunner, but when I try to sign in I get this fault:
"We're unable to sign you in because our servers are unavailable at this time." This has been going on for about ten days now.
I have no trouble signing in on the website, and even tried signing in through 'marine vessels', which worked fine, so the servers seem fine to me.
Any clues?

Then you'll need to call Product Support.

Hey did you get this resolved? I'm having the same issue and it is not addressed in the support pages.
