I sync'd my Fenix 3HR via WiFi last night, after doing so, the watch face reset to factory and the installed widgets were gone. I attempted to connect to Garmin Express via USB, but have been unable to do so. I have completely removed Garmin Express from my macbook and reloaded it. I have done a hard reset of the watch, and garmin express still does not recognize the watch on either my Mac or a PC. The watch works as it is supposed to otherwise. It communicates via Bluetooth with the Garmin Connect app, as it is supposed to do. I have read everything I can find on the matter, with no resolution. Any suggestions?
