Compatible map purchased does not show up in GARMIN EXPRESS

I recently bought my MONTANA 680T. I purchased the annual TOPO subscription which includes Canada. The COMPATIBLE device tab shows the MONTANA 680t is compatible. I got a confirmation for the map purchase. The map does not show up in GARMIN EXPRESS in purchased items. I am using the same email for ALL my GARMIN logins. I downloaded BASECAMP and the MAP purchased does show up in there but when I go to activate it, it ERRORS out and states it doesnt recognize my MONTANA 680t. My MONTANA 680t unit ID appears correctly in the upper left hand corner of BASECAMP. Not sure what the issue is here.
