Problem with Importing GPX to use with Garmin Connect

Hi,
What are the gpx map points settings since I have issues to import gpx map. I got different software to trace gpx tracks but cannot then import to garmin connect. I always have the following message, "error occurs try again" (translate from French).

Hello Gerard,
Garmin Connect cannot load GPX or any other type of file unless it has time and date with each trackpoint. You can use GPSies (free website converter) and convert your GPX to GPX Track. GPSies will add generic date and time to your file (usually Dec 2009 at 4:00pm). That converted file should load into Connect. :)
