Garmin Express cannot download purchased content

Hi

We're going on vacation tomorrow and I have just bought US maps for my Garmin Nuvi 2597LMT.
But the Garmin Express software won't connect to the store and download the maps ... saying something about "cannot retrieve purchased content. try refreshing the list".. :mad: :mad:

The problem is the same on both the mac and windows version.

And no: I don't have any firewall issues!

I'm about to give up on Garmin and go back to Tom-Tom :(

I've just downloaded the Express software from garmin.com and running 5.2.0.0

Any solutions??

Call Garmin Support so they can resolve it.
