I've just updated my Drive 50 (5.10) and suddenly the Real Directions voice of Karen (2.10 Australian English – Karen) has stopped working. All I can get to work is the basic default non-Real Directions voice of Matilda. I've tried all the other English language voices and they don't work either, even the basic default non-Real Directions voices. I can see them on my Drive 50 under 'Voice Language', but checking their radio button results in absolutely no voice navigation whatsoever. Just absolute silence apart from the basic audible sound alerts. I've tried a complete Factory Reset and have downloaded the latest maps again, but to no avail.
Has anyone got any idea of what's going on here? Any suggestions gratefully appreciated. Note my Drive 50 is used only in New Zealand, with Aus & NZ maps installed.
