Update Install error Forerunner 15

Hi - keep getting an error message while installing latest update on FR15. Pls see image.

Mine just freezes - if i look in the logs it downloads until 66.7% then stops - forever.

Tried everything from setting up firewall rules to turning firewall off, disabling anti-virus etc.

Nothing works been going on for days and no closer to finding an answer to it.
