Garmin 310XT - Can't connect !

Hi everyone,

I have a Garmin Forerunner 310XT and a MAC running on 10.6.8. I installed Garmin Express and Garmin Ant Agent but I can't connect my watch with my Mac. The usb key ant+ is recognized by Garmin Ant Agent, but it still searching for a device.

Can you give me some others ways to do it ?

Did you set up pairing already?

Mode->Settings->System->Data Transfer
Select Pairing->On

Uninstall Garmin Ant Agent. All you should need is Garmin Express. Check the 310 archive. There's a number of posts in there

My experience is that the ANT agent updates the date and time whilst GE doesn't. Useful if your device battery has gone completely flat.

Garmin Express and ANT Agent interfere with each other. Uninstalling ANT Agent and restarting the computer will most likely resolve the problem. We no longer support ANT Agent. The 310XT gets the time from satellites not the computer. If the time is incorrect, take the watch outside until it acquires satellites and that should be corrected.
