Garmin Express question

When I sync my Fenix 3 with Garmin Express on my Mac it says "You're up to date!" Version 7.60

When I look on the watch it says Version 7.20

Why does it say I'm up to date if I'm not?

I just got the Fenix 3 so I'm new to the Garmin tribe.
