Bike routing maps install on computer

Hi all,

I have an Edge 820 and updated to latest bike maps 2016.20 using Garmin Express. Marked to install maps on device and computer, but got an error to instal on computer. Just installed on device.

Tried several times to install on mac and always got the same error:
"There was an error installing the update".

Any idea??
