Can't configure apps anymore in the menu

Just updated to Garmin Express 4.1.28 and the option to edit the settings for apps and watch faces is gone.
Is that by design or am I missing something?

We have opened a ticket to research this issue further. We will update this post with more information and/or a resolution.

With the release of Garmin Express 4.1.28.0, when wanting to modify a Connect IQ App, right click on the app and select Settings.

This case for researching this has been closed and the Release Notes have been updated.
