Problem with Etrex20x

Hi,
I'm not sure where to post this as there doesn't seem to be a specific group for etrex gps.

However the problem is when trying to save a track the unit would show the saving progress the ask if clear track required. After selecting Yes or No the new track would not show in the track list. Initially this was intermittent and if I tried again the track would save.

Yesterday tracks wouldn't save at all and I just get an error 'Track Archive Error'. This occurs when trying saving or archiving. I've tried a hard reset but whilst it appears to reset menus and tones etc it doesn't clear any user data.

Is the unit faulty, The unit has the latest software version installed and using Garmin express doesn't seem to give an option to reinstall.

Any help on how to sort this would be great or should I return the unit.
