I have been using Garmin Express on my Mac to sync a Forerunner 235 to my account. Today I downloaded Garmin Express to my work computer, a PC. Using GE, I tried to log into my account, but the password - which I was certain was correct - did not work, so I reset the password. On my next try, the username (email) and password worked, but when I tried to sync the FR235 I received an error saying the device was already synced to another account. So, it appears I have two accounts with Garmin - one that syncs with the FR using the Mac, and another I didn't know i have that's trying to sync to the FR with the PC. What I would like to do is combine the accounts or get rid of one. Is there a way to do this?
It looks like this account doesn't have any data on it. There is no way to delete the account but you can change the email address to something else so that you can change the other account's email address to this one if you like. If you can't remember the information from the account that you use at home, you can log in from Garmin Express and view the associated email address. If you need assistance with this, it would be best to call Product Support as we can not do any verifying of email addresses and such through the forums.
