Garmin Express does not recognize my SD Card and will not update to it. I have tried everything from formatting the card to even buying a new one! However I am able to see the card on my Mac desktop when I connect my GPS so this may be a software issue. Please advise.
What makes you think Express isn't seeing the card?
Express won't specifically tell you the card is there. If you try an update and there is sufficient space on the device Express will use it. Only if there isn't will Express give you the option of using a SD card.
I bought a brand new SD card and Express could not find it. I got to the screen where it said I need more space and so I clicked on the SD card option and the next screen it was unable to find the card.
