Garmin folder access

hi,

I have a 920xt watch and have downloaded a Garmin training plan. These plans work on my phone and computer via Garmin connect/express, but are not available via my watch.

I sort assistance from Garmin customer service. They have requested that I provide my Garmin data folder to examine error codes, however the link they provided (to produce a zip file) does not work for an apple mac only via a pc. The folder is http://www.rarlab.com/rar/winrar-x64-54b1.exe

After requesting a mac folder string, Garmin customer service says that this can not be done on a mac, that sounds a bit weird to me!!

Does anyone have an ideas?
