I have used Garmin since 2004. I have had several devices. I am quite familiar with GPS but started having problems with my 310 XT in the past few weeks. I would like to know if there is a number we can call to speak to a live person and work through these problems? I would be more than willing to pay for this service rather than wading through all these threads. Before the race, I deleted all of my activities thinking that might address the battery on/ off issues I was having. Now, I have a marathon saved on my watch that I can't upload... but the data is there
