Garmin Express can't communicate with servers?

My Garmin Express app is saying: "Sorry, we're having a problem communicating with our servers."

Anyone else experiencing this?

Apple Macbook Pro OS X El Captain 10.11.5
Garmin Express app 4.1.22.0

I am sorry that you are having trouble with Garmin Express. Please follow the instructions in the following FAQ: Garmin Express displays a server error.

If you are still having trouble, it would be best to contact Product Support by phone.

    FAQ missing

    Hi,

This FAQ appears to be missing - my wife and I are both getting this error, almost every week. seems to be a real problem at the weekends. We both have Forerunner 610 and use two separate PCs.

    Any hints?

    Thanks

  • Same here, no FAQ link and sync error!
  • Weird But Worked

Found this after Google search and it worked:

    Mac OS X:

    Click the Apple icon
    Click System Preferences
    Click Network
    Click Ethernet
    Click the Advanced button
    Click the Proxies tab
Select the box "Auto Proxy Discovery"
    Click OK

Garmin Express should now be able to connect to the server.
