Hello,
I bought lifetime maps with my Garmin nuvi 2595 - this was in 2012. I've udated maps several times without problems in teh last 4 years.
Last month when I updated maps I needed to use an SD card as there was not enough internal memory. I thought that the update went well as I haven't used Garmin after the update. Last week I nneded ot use GArmin and discovered that I can't use maps as they are no longer visible on my Garmin. It says no map data available.
I've tried several things:
- re-installing maps
- reformatted SD card to FAT32-DOS and re-installed map
- I tried to revert to a previous map
- I restored Garmin to factory settings
- I took out the SD card and tried to install a partial map which can fit in internal memory
Nothing worked. Every time I update maps it finishes the process but when I try to use it says that no map data can be found
I don't know what else to do.
Please help!
