D2 BRAVO not detected on USB (either mac or pc)

Hi everybody,

I don't know if i'm in the right section of the forum but here is my problem:

I just received a D2 Bravo and i'm the owner of a Macbook pro and an Ipad 2.

I tried to connect my watch via USB with my computer but it is not recognized ( i tried 2 another computer, a pc and a mac but it doesn't work)!
Is there any setting to do in the watch?
Because for the moment it's impossible for me to connect the watch via USB to my computer so tu garmin express or garmin basecamp.

Just another question: Is it possible to transfer a flight plan from Garmin pilot on my ipad 2 to the D2 bravo?

Thank you for your help,

cheers

I am sorry you are having trouble getting your D2 Bravo to be detected by a computer. There is nothing special you should need to switch on the device. When it is plugged in, it should automatically switch to "Mass Storage" mode. Since it is not, please try the FAQ, "">Garmin mass storage or MTP device not communicating with Garmin Mac applications">Garmin mass storage or MTP device not communicating with Garmin Mac applications"

As for the flight plan, you really need to speak with our Aviation Team to get the correct information. These forums are just for the Garmin Express program and the agents in this forum are not specialized in aviation. Please contact ">Garmin Aviation Support">Garmin Aviation Support by phone or email to get more details about this device and its usage.

We are sorry for any inconvenience these problems have caused.
