Garmin Express will not open mac (not responding)

For the past week or so Garmin Express will not load completely on mac. It gets stuck during the opening process and says "not responding." I've tried uninstalling/ reinstalling it and that doesn't help. It's really frustrating as I have updates for my 920xt available. Please help.

    Are you uninstalling Garmin Express simply by deleting the application and emptying the trash or are you performing a full uninstall? If you have not tried the full uninstall, the instructions to do so are found here:

    If Garmin Express still goes not responding, contact Product Support by phone for further assistance.

    There's another thread here. No need to uninstall. DL latest version of Express. Open Activity monitor and kill process related to Garmin Express then install latest version.

    TRIED everything now, but this doesn't help for me.
    Still the sam problem after deleting "the things" in other tread and installed/uninstalled, but still HANGS.............

    Garmin fix this please????

    Have you contacted Product Support as instructed. The problem likely lies with your system.

    I am sorry that you are having trouble with Garmin Express. We are currently investigating this issue but in the meantime we have found that using a different user profile on the Mac will typically resolve the issue.
