Courses will not download to Edge 510 and customer support non existent - don't buy!

I've been writing to Garmin for 4 months via the help desk and still they cannot sort this simple problem! What the heck is wrong with Garmin support and why are they so rubbish? I have asked for their uk managing director name and contact details and guess what - 2 months on and they can't even give me that!
I have an Edge 510 that I can't use for creating courses on my mac and downloading to the Edge - a fundamental reason why i bought the crappy thing!
Garmin just don't seem to care either!
