Edge 1000 won't update eu cycle map

I tried everything: clearing out library/app support/garmin/express, caches, preferences, resetting device, another computer etc. But without luck.
I'm constantly getting error message that update has failed and this is from logs

I have the same issue..

Tried factory restore and everything.. Same issue every time..

I'm running MacOSX, so this is not a "windows problem".. To me it looks like there is a part of the download that is missing since the last 30% completes very quickly..

Garmin Express stuck while creating map

Tried this repeatedly without success: running Garmin "Express" (what a joke), installing the Map update, and it hangs while creating the map. Is it possible to restart the whole download process or to remove the map manually from Garmin? The old map is still working.

Reinstallation of Garmin Express does not work

Garmin Express still hanging while trying to download the new map file. Could please anybody of the Garmin Team look into this?

The Express team regularly visit here so be patient. They should be along soon :)

I have the same error, can't install the update.:mad:
