eTrex Touch 35 not registering

Hi, I have an eTrex Touch 35, and no matter how many times I enter the serial number on the garmin site, it won't show up as a registered product, and I have bought some Birdseye credit which I can't use until it is registered. It is successfully connected to Garmin Express as well.

PLEASE HELP.
