I can't get Garmin Express to open and register my Edge 800. It works on my wife's Mac Book Air but not on my MacBook Pro. I have upgraded to El Capitan. Removed all previous G Exp folders and tried reinstalling using both Safari and Firefox. After downloading G Exp I click on the teardrop icon and then a rectanglar icon opens but just hangs on the screen. I have 25 gb of disc space and 2gb of ram. Patience is wearing thin. Please help.
Enough is Enough now Garmin, I've followed your uninstall links & reinstalled so many times, but still on my imac it just hangs & nothing happens, when I tried to download my 1000, 401, swim & Virosmart. You were told of this problem months ago, so why haven't you repaired the fault?
You've had long enough to sort this out now, so how about an update version with the bug corrected

I am sorry that you are still having trouble. Deleting the com.microsoft.ApplicationInsights folder from ApplicationSupport and Caches has been resolving this issue in all of the cases I have seen. This issue should be resolved in the next version of Express. If this does not solve the problem for you, the issue that you are experiencing may be different. If you have already tried the steps in the FAQ Garmin Express Client Issues, you will need to contact Product Support for further troubleshooting. Unfortunately, diagnosing the problem through a forum is going to be very difficult.
With the release of Garmin Express 4.1.23.0 today, this issue should be resolved. Update Garmin Express if you are experiencing this problem. If the issue continues after updating Express, please contact Product Support.
