ANT Stick not even recognized under ElCapitan

Hello,
I am using the forerunner 910XT device. Garmin Express and my device work perfectly under Windows on a PC, but do not on the Macbook Pro El Capitan 10.11.3 I now use.
Garmin Express 4.1.17.0 is installed.
CommunicatorPluginformac 4.2 also.
But the ANT is not even recognized in the System Information.
Launching Express leads to a searching for device process and then a suggestion window where I don't see my device in, so I click on "other" and here we go again.
I deleted the soft and re-installed in, but still.
One again, the devices are ok, since I've kept on training and updating my profile through a PC. But yet, I'd like it to be operational on my Mac.

I thank you for any answer and consideration.

EDIT : I even completely uninstalled the whole thing, following given instructions found further in this forum. No way. Express keeps searching and searching whereas my ANT stick is plugged in, and the is also linked through USB cable.

I am sorry that you cannot get the ANT stick to be detected by your Mac and I am happy to help you. The ANT stick should be 100% compatible with El Capitan (Mac OS 10.11). If it is not being detected, we need to check the physical connections and make sure the device has pairing turned on. Please try the following:
    • Disconnect all other USB devices from the Mac except the mouse and keyboard.
    • Make sure the ANT stick is plugged directly into the computer. Do not go through any USB hubs, keyboards, etc.
    • If your computer uses "USB 2.0" ports and "USB 3.0" ports, make sure you are using the "USB 2.0" ports.
    • We need to make sure pairing is on:
      • Power on the Forerunner 910XT.
      • Select "Mode" > "Settings" > "System".
      • Make sure "Data Transfer" is "Enabled".
      • Make sure "Pairing" is set to "ON".

    • See if the device will now pair. If it seems the ANT stick still isn't working, please try a different USB port.

Now, your device should connect with the Mac using the ANT stick. If you still have trouble, I suggest calling Product Support by phone to speak with a live agent. We may need to set up a remote assistance session to verify if the ANT stick will work on this computer.
