Every time I try to log into Garmin Express using my Garmin Connect credentials (on the Mac) it fails. I've tried multiple times, even resetting my password (and then choosing another one).
When I opened my computer, I had an alert with a critical update or some such for Garmin Express, I installed that and was able to open it right up. Hope that solves it for you!
