Unable to Add a Network in Garmin Express

Hi,
I have a Forerunner 620. When i try to set up the wifi on my watch i get the message: "Set up wifi using Garmin Express Fit". I don't see where i should be able to find a network. I was looking at this document: http://support.garmin.com/support/searchSupport/simpleCase.htm?caseId=%7Bd9d822d0-3f58-11e4-eaba-000000000000%7D&kbName=garmin

Under the utilities tab there is nowhere to add a network. It doesn't say anything about networks anywhere.

Anyone else have this problem?

Im running El Capitan 10.11.3

I recommend deleting the device from Garmin Express and then deleting the WIFI folder on the Forerunner 620, empty the trash, eject the device, turn it on and allow it to boot up all the way. Then reconnect the device to the Mac and add the device back to Express. The WIFI folder on the device should be empty and then during the setup of the device in Express, when it gets to the point it needs to setup the WIFI network, a IN.BIN file will be created on the device with the network information (even though the device is connected to the computer, it scans for networks at this point).

If you are not prompted to setup a network, or there are no networks detected, the device itself for some reason is not detecting the WIFI properly. If that is the case, I recommend contacting Product Support by phone for further assistance.
