Unavailable servers to access my account

Just got a fenix 3 and have downloaded garmin express when I go to add device Express finds the device but comes up with “we’re unable to add this device because our servers are unavailable at this time” any ideas

    Hi there,

    I guess I am not the first one posting this, but I couldn't find any other thread on the topic.

    In short, Garmin Express tells me that it is not able to access my account due to server unavailability. I assume this is not really the case otherwise a simple google search of 'garmin express unavailable' would have given me tons of hits with people complaining about servers being down.

    Anyone had this issue before? How did you solve it?
    I tried to reinstall Garmin Express but still having same issue.

    Thanks... I tried to open the link you gave above re. troubleshooting before posting but it doesn't work. What was the troubleshoot topic called? So that I can search directly in the Garmin webstite. :)

  • Works for me, you might want to try a different browser which could relate to your current problem. To get to the link Google What should I do if I receive a server error while using Express
